Delete account

Request deletion of your Parol account and the data tied to it. You can do this here, in a browser — you don't need the app installed or an active session.

What gets deleted

Your medical chat history and saved conversations
Your clinical profile and specialty settings
Consultations and generated reports (Parol PRO)
Account credentials and connected sign-ins (Google / Apple)

What we keep, and for how long

Billing and invoice records — retained up to 7 years where tax law requires it
Minimal abuse-prevention logs — retained up to 90 days, then purged

Retained records are kept only to meet legal obligations and are never used to re-identify you for any other purpose.

Request deletion

Deleting your account removes everything tied to it after a 30-day grace period. You can restore it any time within those 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first.

We'll email a verification link to confirm it's really you before anything is deleted.
